Pricing & Payments
All prices are based on the details provided by the customer. Final charges may vary depending on the actual volume, weight, distance, or additional services required. Full or partial payment may be required before or at the time of service completion.
Responsibilities of the Customer
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing correct shipment details
- Ensuring proper packaging of fragile or valuable items (unless packing service is availed)
- Not including prohibited or hazardous items in the shipment
Prohibited Items
We do not transport illegal, hazardous, flammable, or perishable goods. Any such items found during transit may be removed without liability.
Liability
While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, Domestic Cargo Packers & Movers shall not be held liable for:
- Damage caused due to improper packing by the customer
- Loss or damage due to natural calamities, accidents, or unforeseen events
- Delay caused by traffic, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances
Insurance
We recommend customers opt for transit insurance for valuable goods. Any claims for loss or damage will be subject to the terms of the insurance policy, if taken.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be informed in advance. Any applicable cancellation charges may be deducted. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on distance, route, and external factors. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Changes to Terms
